Chia Seeds Pancakes

These chia seeds pancakes, full of fibers, omega3-s, and proteins, are a favorite in my household. Easy to make and so delicious, these pancakes, are a perfect addition to your batch cooking.

Tips for making the perfect chia seeds pancakes

  1. Use butter instead of oil if preferred.

  2. To minimize lumps, add wet mix to the dry mix, and use a whisk.

  3. To optimize the fluffiness factor, do not wait until the top side is dried up before flipping the pancake. The top (wet) side must still be raw and form a few bubbles.

  4. Involve your kids if you have any for added fun!

How to store chia seeds pancakes?

Store for up to 5 days in an airtight glass container in the fridge. Freeze for up to 1 month in a freezing bag or airtight container by layering pancakes and separating them with wax paper or parchment paper.
