How to make an easy peach cake?

Pan: This recipe calls for an 8 x 8 “ pan. Double the amounts if using a 9” x 13 “ baking pan.

Peaches: Use ripe ones. Upon mixing with spices, do not add the juice to the cake batter.

Batter: A one-bowl batter that can easily be converted into a vegan version of the recipe. Use vegan butter or coconut oil as a replacement for regular butter.

1) Make the cake batter

2) Slice peaches and marinate

3) Melt butter and add batter

4) Add peaches to batter and bake
