This easy and flavorful chicken wings recipe is oven-baked, allowing for maximal flavor absorption from the dry rub and crispiness. I believe that the best dishes are the ones letting the main ingredient shine. For that reason, we only used dry rub. This recipe is delicious and child-friendly (3 years and above).

After cleaning your wings, pad each wing dry before marinating with a dry rub. This step is crucial. Use salted water or 1/2 cup of lemon juice in 1 L of water. Padding them dry will allow them to crisp up during the cooking process and better absorb the flavors. Paper towel is an excellent tool for the job.
