Ingredients

• 3/4 cup of fresh blueberries
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar (or more to taste)
• 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds, until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add extra balsamic vinegar if you would like.
