Salade verte avec sauce sriracha sucrée

Title: Green Salad ( asparagus, cucumbers, lettuce, green onions, parsley)
Portions: 2-4 people
Ingredients
1 head of red leaf lettuce (or your favorite)
A bunch of asparagus
1 english cucumber (or your favorite)
2 green onions
2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
seeds of your choice (we used sunflower seeds)
hemp hearts
Salt & pepper to taste
Grapeseed oil (olive or avocado will do).
Spicy and Sweet sriracha sauce
1 or 2 tbsp of sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Sat and pepper to taste
Instructions
Asparagus: remove woody ends ( bend asparagus until it snaps - the lower end should be the woody, tougher end). Chop, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and bake for 15 min using the top rack at 420F.
Cucumber: Slice in in quarter circles (or your preferred shape)
Cilantro and green onion: thinly chop
Head of lettuce: Chop after cleaning
Assemble: Red leaf salad, cucumbers, asparagus, cilantro, onions, dressing and seeds!
